Since the pandemic, many organisations underwent digital transformation to introduce new ways of working to help reduce unnecessary touchpoints and maintain a healthy and productive workplace. Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB), a global construction and property consultancy were no different. RLB wanted to streamline their signing in process and adopt a touchless experience which was quick and easy to implement using a mobile app-based solution for all their staff across 9 of their UK based offices including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield, Leeds, Bristol, Cardiff and Thames Valley.

One of the key requirements was the need to have a single dashboard that would allow management to easily view reports of all staff and visitor activity at any of their locations. Furthermore, they wanted to integrate the existing fire roll call process so that fire marshals were able to do the roll call directly using the app, saving time and effort printing off a report during an emergency evacuation.

Advertico's development team worked closely with RLB to provide a bespoke solution to meet their business needs. Joanne Osborne, Digital Project Manager at RLB said, "We have implemented Advertico's Staffbooks solution which is an app based touchless solution across 9 of our UK offices. We have over 800 staff based in the UK and we have found the app to be straightforward to install and use. The Advertico support team have always been quick to respond to any queries or change requests in a very positive and helpful manner."

She further went on to say , "As a multi location organisation, the AVMS solution makes it easy to view footfall activity taking place in all our offices in real time using a single reporting dashboard, which is available both on the app and the cloud portal, it's really handy!"
